- A service project - Participation in the annual Cookie Sale (Daisy Age-Level optional) - Attendance at 3/4 of their Service Unit Meetings - Completion of Girl Scouting 101, Leader 101, plus one additional course or workshop - Troop participation in a Service Unit or Council Event |

Troops must accomplish five activities:
- Fulfill the age-level requirement noted. - Complete 3 additional activities from those remaining. - Submit an article with the form on what requirements were completed and how they were fulfilled. |

- Each activity can fulfill only one requirement, which must have been accomplished during the current Girl Scout year Oct 1st -Sept 30th).
- All activities used to meet requirements for the award may also be applied toward other badge, patch, IPP, or award requirements in GSUSA or GSHNC council Programs. |

Volunteer of Excellence

An adult can earn this award for working directly with girls or for working with adults.
- Must be an active adult member - Must have successfully completed a term of service and all requirements, including appropriate training, for the position For service to girls: - The volunteer's contribution is beyond the expectations of the position to deliver the Girl Scout Leadership Experience to girls using the National Program Portfolio. For service with adults: - The volunteer's performance has been beyond the expectations of theposition and has supported the mission-delivery goals within the Service Unit in one or more of the following areas: Membership Development/Community Cultivation, Volunteer Relations and Support, Program, Leadership and Governance, Fund Development, and Support Service (such as IT). - No Maximum number per Service Unit. |

BINGO PRIZE:
- Receive a Union 1 Participation Patch for blacking out an "X" or a "T" on the BINGO Card. BLACKOUT BINGO PRIZE: - Receive a Union 1 Volunteer Certificate for blacking out the entire BINGO Card. Prize will be awarded at the Leader Banquet. |
