Please note that it is the policy of the Union1 District NOT to include any information on this website that includes date, times, and places for Girl Scout events. Therefore, links to Registration Forms for District Events CANNOT be found on the website. Information regarding District Events is contained in the Monthly Newsletters and in emails from the committees.
Please keep the emails & newsletters and refer to them as needed.


     REGISTRATION FORMS

     PERMISSION FORMS
  • Permission Form (Online)
    Anytime an activity takes place outside of your normal meeting time and/or place, a Permission Form needs to be given to the parents and also submitted to Darlene Foreman (through this online link) at least 1 week prior to the activity.
  • Community Service Form (Online)
    Required for every community service project (including those that are Service Unit sponsored); submit 1 copy of the service project form to Council (through this online link) prior to the event.
  • Troop Trip Application (PDF)
    For each trip, submit 1 copy of the Troop Trip Application along with the itinerary to Darlene Foreman 1 MONTH prior to the event.
  • Borrowed Vehicle Contract (PDF)
    If you are borrowing a vehicle for your troop trip, submit with the Troop Trip Application.
